Successful Supervisor

As a successful Supervisor you will have the following:

Customer Service

You have 3 or more years experience in customer service and always exceed customer's expectations.

Management/Supervisory Experience

You have 1 or more years experience as a Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor. You've managed or supervised a team of 5 or more people and have experience mentoring your team.

Sales/Relationship Development

You have strong sales skills and enjoy building and developing relationships with your customers.

Hands-on Approach

You are willing to work alongside technicians as required to ensure the job gets done.

Education

You have completed your high school diploma. If you have completed a college diploma, certificate or course-work in business or human resources this would be an asset.
